To comprehend the message, one seeks to understand the Sender by centering identity in the Rest Point of Mind. The entire framework of cosmic communication rests upon the nature of the universal Mind—the creative centering intelligence of God. This is not a personality enthroned in the heavens, but the still, knowing Mind from which all things emanate. To grasp this is to hold the key to the entire system.

The Duality of Reality vs. Unreality

Our journey begins with a crucial distinction between what is fundamentally real and what is merely a perceptual illusion. The universal Mind operates with absolute qualities, while the physical senses operate in a world of fleeting quantities.

These are the eternal qualities of the Creator. They cannot be seen or measured; they can only be Known directly through conscious unity. This distinction reveals a foundational principle: one must not conflate Cause with effect. The unseen qualities of Mind are the eternal Cause, while the sensed world of matter in motion is the transient effect. To give sovereignty to the senses is akin to studying a shadow on the wall to understand the object casting it. True reality resides not in the sensed world of motion, but in the still, silent qualities of the one Mind at rest in Knowing and Balanced Thinking.

The Divine Trinity

At the heart of Mind is a structure described in the Russell Cosmogeny, and known in the State in the fire, as the Divine Trinity. This is not a council of three beings, but a unified process of creation:

The ONE: The KNOWER. This is the “ONE undivided magnetic Light of all-knowing Mind.” It is the singular, silent, and stil source of all potential.

The TWO: The THINKING of the KNOWER. This is the expression of the Knower, the “TWO of the pulsing heartbeat of the KNOWER’s electric thinking.” This divine pulse, a qualitative experience of interchanging ecstasy, is the very engine of the universe. It is this eternal heartbeat of transmission of the Knowing of Mind to the eternal balancing of Creation.

This Divine Trinity—the silent KNOWER and its dynamic THINKING—is the ultimate source. It is from this unified consciousness that all cosmic messages originate, as the very expression of the Creator’s intelligence.

The Cosmic Transmission: The Nature of the Divine Message

Understanding how the message is transmitted is of paramount importance. The divine broadcast is not a random or occasional event; it is a constant, life-sustaining flow of intelligence from the Mind’s center to every atom in the universe. It is the animating principle of all existence.

Every aspect of the material world, from planets down to the very senses we use to perceive them, is composed of “thought-rings of motion.”

The source of this communication is not external but central. From the still point of MIND, a constant stream of divine qualities radiates. These are the Realities of the Creator, the qualities which can only be Known:

• Love
• Idea
• Knowledge
• Energy
• Beauty
• Balance
• Inspiration
• Instinct
• Intuition
• ‘The still small Voice’

This inner circle of divine qualities is contrasted with the outer ring of perception, or sensations. This visual distinction powerfully reinforces our central theme: the true message is the unseen, Known Reality from the center, while the outer world of sensation is the perceived, sensed unreality.

The Wordless Knowing of Mind: Manifestations of Intelligence

These electrical messages are received and translated by the body into states of intelligence. The primary ways these messages manifest are through:

• Instinct: The innate, automatic intelligence that guides life functions.
• Intuition: The direct perception of truth, bypassing the rational mind.
• Inspiration: The creative impulse that brings new ideas and beauty into form.

Crucially, the clarity of this reception is not guaranteed. Messages are received “in accord with the ability of a body to recognize the nature of the message thus received.” The broadcast is constant and perfect; the variable is our capacity to listen.

They can recognize that these impulses are not random but come “directly from the Creator to his Self.”

This awareness is not an automatic reckoning but the culmination of a journey of spiritual unfolding. It is the awakening to the reality that the self is not separate from its Source but is a direct extension of it, designed to be a clear conduit for divine expression.

The Challenge of the Senses

The primary obstacle preventing us from becoming a clear channel is the habit of giving sovereignty to the senses. When one allows the physical senses to be the final arbiters of reality, Mind becomes seemingly trapped in the world of illusion, fixating on the unrealities of time, space and motion. This sensory focus creates a kind of spiritual static, drowning out the subtle, internal broadcast.

But how can a message of stillness be heard over the noise of a world in constant seeming motion? Overcoming this challenge requires a conscious and deliberate act of re-tuning one’s perception—a shift from outward looking to inward listening.

Rest Point Recovery: Tuning In to the Cosmic Broadcast

Becoming a messenger is not a matter of acquiring something one lacks, but of refining a skill one already possesses. It is the art of alignment, much like tuning a radio to catch a clear signal. The divine broadcast is omnipresent; the work lies in calibrating the receiver.

The Radio Receiver Analogy

The relationship between the Creator, the message, and humanity can be illustrated with the analogy of a radio:

• The Broadcast Station: The Rest Point of Mind, the Creator, the silent, all-knowing Source.
• The Radio Waves (The Signal): The Message itself—the omnipresent qualities of Balance, Love, and Truth that permeate the universe.
• The Radio (The Receiver): The body, the individual human being.
• Tuning the Dial: The process of Spiritual Unfolding—the conscious effort to quiet the senses and align one’s awareness with the Rest Point.
• Static: The result of being out of tune. When one’s focus is on the illusions of the senses, the divine signal is veiled by distortion and noise.
• Clear Music: When the receiver is perfectly tuned, the Message is received with absolute clarity, unveiling perfect unity between sender and receiver.

Shifting from Sensory Thinking (Unbalanced Thinking) to Knowing with God (Balanced Thinking)

This tuning process is achieved by fundamentally altering one’s mode of thought, and the desire to Know and willingness to surrender the thinkingness about the senses is integral. There are two distinct ways of thinking – one is the function of the Divine Trinity and the other is an effect of conditioning by belief in the senses:

1. Sensory Thinking: This is the default mode for most, based in ‘thinking about’ the sense of unrealities of life. It is a reactive process, analyzing data from the five senses. This is the act of being tuned to the static of the material world. Walter Russell calls this “unbalanced thinking“.
2. Knowing with God: This is the aligned state of a cosmic messenger. It is the act of consciously tuning the dial. In this mode, one centers their identity in the Rest Point “Kingdom of Heaven of the omnipresent universe of Mind.” From this center, one thinks Knowingly with God, consciously choosing to simulate the Realities of Life in thought—Balance, Love, and Truth and the Law.

This deliberate shift is the master skill that transforms one from a potential messenger, subject to distortion, into an actualized messenger who broadcasts the music of the Creator with perfect fidelity.

The Ultimate Realization of Unity

To be a cosmic messenger, therefore, is not about channeling an external being. It is the ultimate decision to cease thinking about all other channels but the direct one of Self-Realization. It is the recognition of the State of perfect internal alignment, where one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions are a seamless expression of the divine qualities emanating from the Creator within.

In this State, the distinction between the sender and the receiver has dissolved. The messenger does not merely relay the message; the messenger is the message. The music and the instrument are one. The knower and the known are unified. This is the final, profound truth of one’s identity, captured in the most intimate of declarations:

“I am he, and he Me.”
